We have started rejuvenation and pruning work early this year to complete as much winter work as possible prior to the wet winter weather setting in.

We have started rejuvenation in the Pinot Noir, spur pruning in Merlot 6 and cane pruning in Shiraz 4b

We have also carried out a snail baiting pass in the Pinot Noir due to the high number of snails noted in these blocks.  The rest of the vineyard appears to have minimal snail activity at this stage.

Winter Reds

Winter Reds is an annual festival in the Adelaide Hills to promote the region's red wines.  This year the festival is held on the weekend of 23-25 July and is currently being promoted throughout the state.

We have taken some video to give an overview of the rejuvenation in the Pinot Noir.  The cordon removal is almost complete and trash removal will commence in the next few days.
